Okay, so it's been awhile since I created and posted my first blog. Get used to it folks, I see the future and it looks the same. I won't be posting everyday, and maybe not even every week.
Been real busy with work lately, which is good, but the money situation is still very tight. Seems like I'm back to a paycheck to paycheck life which is odd for me. I know that God will provide for me as He has in the past. It's amazing out that works out. Just when you think you won't be able to pay the bills or put food on the table, somehow, some way it all works out. Blessings from Above!
I've planned a pheasant hunting trip to Winner, South Dakota on the 12th-15th. Luckily it was offered to me free of charge if I drive. And as crazy as a 16 hour one way road trip to SD is, I'm up for the experience as I've never been pheasant hunting. I've also learned that when opportunities like this pop up, you jump on them if it's possible. It's the same way I was able to travel to Israel back in 2000.
The family is good, no one is sick which is good. Seems like at least one person in the family has been sick for months. Not that they've been sick for a month, but in a month or two someone has been. Make sense?
I've been doing a lot of study these last two months on being under the Law and salvation by grace. It comes from two sources: My church has had some light shown on it and what was found has caused problems for me to continue attending. One of the forum members over at christian-gaming.com has been discussing whether or not Paul was a false teacher in comparison with Jesus' teachings.
These two things have really led me to study these topics and really draw closer to the Lord. My findings? Paul is legit and Christ fulfilled the Law so we do not need to be under the law anymore, rather we use it as a guideline to live by. Maybe when I have more time I will post some of my notes and findings on the subject.
My internet is all messed up at my house so it's hard for me to do much. Hopefully it will fix itself because I have no idea what the problem is.
